SUMMARY
Kate responds to Ctrl+C for other program and exits

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Kate in command line
2.  Run another long-running program
3.  Hit Ctrl+C (to interrupt the long-running program)

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate exits

EXPECTED RESULT
Kate is not affected

detach from terminal if wanted

avoids that we react on ctrl-c and Co. if not started blocking
