SUMMARY 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set enough delay (e.g. 7s)
2. Choose "Active Window" or "Window under cursor"
3. Open a context menu with right click in e.g. Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT

Only the window is displayed

EXPECTED RESULT

The window and the context menu should be displayed in the result. This worked with X11

Can reproduce. The context menu disappears once the timer runs out.

Seems so. The only difference is this also mentions an active window capture.
