Everything built from git master. Works as expected in Plasma 6.2.1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set it up to change the brightness to 50% when on battery, and 100% when plugged in; apply
2. Unplug it

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen switches to 50% brightness
