SUMMARY
When right clicking the titlebar of an application, hovering over any submenu option does not appear correctly the first time during any new session, first login. After the first failure per each submenu, it works normally. This includes Desktops, Move to Screen, and More Actions..

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a new KDE Plasma session, fresh login.
2. Open an application like Dolphin.
3. Right click the titlebar to access menu, and hover over any of the submenus that have > in the end.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows show partial rendering, and shadow of what it should be, without showing it all.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu displays normally.
