SUMMARY
KDE neon 6.2 (22.04) - Can’t upgrade to 24.04

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Live w/ neon about couple years
2. Try to upgrade to 22.04 via upgrader
3. Error popup - Could not calculate the upgrade

OBSERVED RESULT
Not upgrading

I removed all PPA’s via ppa-purge, but it not helps

Same issue here. I can't upgrade to 24.04 (using the GUI from the "Upgrade available" notification).

The first popup I get is right before the "Setting new software channels" bar. It reads as follows:

I'm able to hit "close" on that popup and it continues without issue for a little while. At some point later in the process (it varies), I get another popup:

A problem occurred during the update. This is usually some sort of network problem, please check your network connection and retry.

This happens every time and my network connection is fine. Again I can hit close, and the update reverts and I get the following final popup (one that may actually be useful, woo!):
