I have the exact same problem. I see the Ntfy server online in the "Push Notifications" Settings page and NeoChat is registered there. I've outright never gotten notifications from neochat, on android and when I use fractal they do just work. Get mentioned, replied or receive a keyword. OBSERVED RESULT A push notification is not received. EXPECTED RESULT A push notification is received.
