SUMMARY
Okular cannot display text comment which includes Chinese charactor.


OBSERVED RESULT
English annotate and comments are displayed normally. Text comments including Chinese charactor can be added in Okular and displayed normally in other PDF readers such as Firefox. They cannot be displayed in Okular.
Also, Okular warns that there're mistakes in file. All of the saving actions are made in Okular.

EXPECTED RESULT
ALL of the contents are displayed and saved normally.
