SUMMARY
I get media control notifications (on the phone) for the video previews when I hover the cursor over a youtube video (on the desktop computer).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a desktop computer with KDE connect linked to a phone, with multimedia control of the computer enabled for the phone
2. open youtube
3. hover the mouse over a video on the feed so that the thumbnail reproduces a preview video

OBSERVED RESULT
A media control notification appears on the phone, as if I was playing something that I would want to be able to control from the phone.

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should not appear for this kind of thing.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS (basically Arch with a couple of extras)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.8.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I understand that this is emergent behaviour and not something that could be expected beforehand, but it *is* an ergonomic issue and worth solving (if not for any arbitrary page, at least for the major video sites like youtube)
