SUMMARY
Note: this is not a bug report, but an idea of an enhancement. If this is not the correct way to raise such requests, apologies for inconvenience, and happy for feedback where to raise those !


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the Album tag, select any album
2. Pictures of the album display in the middle pane

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no easy way to see information related to all pictures in the album.
- To see the size of the album on the drive in the status bar, some pictures (more than one) must be selected
- To see the size on the drive of a picture, the picture must be selected and the properties pane must be open. To see the size on the drive of 2 pictures, the 2 pictures must be selected and the size shows up in the status bar
- To see all tags used in the album, all pictures must be selected - and the number of occurrence of each tag is not shown

EXPECTED RESULT
- The size of the album on the drive could be always shown in the status bar, instead of shown only when 2 pictures or more are selected
- The size of a picture on the drive could be shown when selected (same as when more than one picture are selected)
- The number of occurrence of tag could be shown in the Tags pane, using the same principle as the sizes of pictures in the status bar: (3/13) where 3 is the number of occurrence in the album, and 13 across all albums

It would be also super useful to see the number of occurrences of a tag when selecting several pictures. For instance, I select 5 pictures, I see some have the tag X assigned, some have the tag Y - but I can't see how many have the tag X and how many have the tag Y. In the tags pane, it would be useful to see:
- X (nb of occurrences in the selection / total number of occurrences across all albums)
- Y (nb of occurrences in the selection / total number of occurrences across all albums)
For example:
- X (3/457)
- Y (27/457)

And the dates range of the selected pictures could show as well in the status bar
