SUMMARY
After the upgrade to Fedora 40, I notice the action "make a new" or F10 to create a new folder is no longer working as expected. It seems to list the files in the home directory. If I click on an item, it shows a popup with a strange message like "Saisissez Folder nom de fichier " which means "Edit Folder name of file".

I cannot reproduce.
