SUMMARY

KTorrent contains IP-Filter plugin (disabled by default).
It comes with no default ip list. List must be downloaded from http://list.iblocklist.com/?list=bt_level1&fileformat=p2p&archiveformat=gz automatically. But it fails as website nowadays require a captcha pass from unregistered users. One can register for free and the url will work in browser. But still not in KTorrent as it's not passing the credentials to the site. There is no user/password setting to set.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable IP Filter module
2. In settings enable PeerGuardian filter usage
3. Click Download button

OBSERVED RESULT

Download fails

EXPECTED RESULT

List is downloaded and processed
