SUMMARY
Plasma fails to start and loops to login screen (sddm) when external display is connected. 
When plasma is already running (booting without external display), connecting the external display 
closes every applications and log outs to sddm and starts looping again.
Journalctl shows a lot of kwin errors.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Login to Plasma wayland session through sddm when external monitor is connected. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash and loop of sddm login screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Login to plasma-shell and no crash.

Windows: 
macOS:

The latest kwin 6.2.1.1-1 has fixed this issue.
