shortcut is visible twice in the list somehow

SUMMARY
multimedia plasmoid default widget has a shortcut assigned but it won't open it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In settings>shortcuts>plasmashell find the "activate multimedia graphic component"(in french activer le composant graphique lecteur multimedia)
2. assign a shortcut 
3. add the multimedia plasmoid widget to the taskbar
4. Use your shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
 the widget won't open in the taskbar panel

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut should open the multimedia widget in the taskbar

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Somehow the shortcut is listed 2 time in the shortcut listing 
-Also note that unlike other plasmoids from the taskbar you may not assign a shortcut directly to it

Meanwhile a temporary solution is to use the multimedia widget present in the taskbar system icon manager settings>entry list ; in there you may configure a shortcut for it, really convenient as rhythmbox does not have any fast forward or rewind feature.

When setting up a shortcut for a widget present in the system tray mini icons(like weather/multimedia) :
  either from the widget options directly
  or from the settings>shortcuts>plasmashell>name of the widget
Then after a while, the shortcut disapears from the widget configuration and/or ceases working if it was configured from the plasmashell shortcut settings.

Solution is  to configure the shortcut directly from the system tray entries but not everyone knows that.

I understand that it may not be easy technically to solve, but just a simple communication inside those widgets inviting to use the system tray entries to set up the shorcut could be helpful.
