I wrote request to KDE Discuss. Gentle user said, post to this is not a bad idea. I think too.
So kate have some command. I suggest 1 of kate command.

kate -sv FILE.txt
command -sv mean to
kate --split FILE.txt

This command is open FILE.txt with kate split view, simple.
I need this command because, I use many split view. I manytime routine this.

1.Open FILE.txt with kate
2.Click shortcut key of split view.
3.Start file edit.

Kate is forgot of split view of start layout sometime update. I want change start layout to split view mode. 
So good idea? I changed to wishlist of severity status, okay?
