SUMMARY
There seems to be a letter shifting issue with the letters on the terminal. Becomes more obvious the bigger the letters are.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Noto Sans Mono as the font on Konsole
2. (Optional) make the font bigger
3. move the cursor around

OBSERVED RESULT
letters shift around.

EXPECTED RESULT
They shouldn't do that.

I also added a video.
Haven't observed it with any other font besides Noto Sans Mono.

Please try to disable "word mode" (in Edit profile -> Appearance -> Complex text layout) and see if it helps.
