when registering a calendar in korganizer, and enabling it in plasma calendar events, then deleting that calendar in korganizer the plasma crashes completely and no plasmashell --replace works!

Reproduction steps
1. Register an iCal calendar in Korganizer
2. Enable this calendar in the Plasma Calendar Event
3. Go back to Korganizer and remove this calendar

Expected result: calendar is removed normally and Plasma is working

Observed Result: Plasma crashes completely, and can't use anything from the bottom bar

If something crashed, we need a backtrace of it so we can figure out what's going on. Can you please attach a backtrace of the crash using the `coredumpctl` command-line program, as detailed in https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_using_coredumpctl?
