SUMMARY When locale is set to Arabic, settings and most elements are mirrored to fit correctly with how the language is written. touchpad settings however, are not mirrored. I've added an attachment to showcase this, first picture is for mouse settings and are mirrored correctly, while the second is for the touchpad settings. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set locale to Arabic. 2. check touchpad settings OBSERVED RESULT Elements are not mirrored. EXPECTED RESULT Elements should be mirrored.
