It is impossible (or, at least, it is not obvious how to do that) to remove a single item from the playlist.
It is possible to add the items, it is possible to wipe it at all, but not to remove a single item from it.

Right click > Remove from playlist

If it was that easy, I'd not report the bug.
There is no such item in the menu. There is only "copy file name", "copy file path" and "scroll to playing item".
