If I use Ctrl+scroll wheel in the filepicker, the view zooms in much faster than it zooms out. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the filepicker
2. Use Ctrl+scroll wheel to zoom the view in and out

OBSERVED RESULT
The view zooms in much faster than it zooms out

EXPECTED RESULT
The zooming effect should be equal in both directions

This is still an issue and it's very annoying at times.
