SUMMARY
After updating to Plasma 6.2, user reviews don't show anymore on app detail pages

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Search for random app
3. Open the app's detail page

OBSERVED RESULT
No reviews displayed

EXPECTED RESULT
Option to read and write reviews, like in Plasma 6.1

I've also seen problems with reviews on Kubuntu and Solus for about a week

The error I see when looking at VLC, for example, is
"Reviews for VLC are temporarily unavailable
Technical error message: Error transferring https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api/fetch - server replied:"

On git-master I don't see any review section at all after the Permissions section

This may or may not be a duplicate of bug 492693 - which I was not able to reproduce before the last week

I also see this on Fedora 40, running 6.2.0 (including screenshot).
