I can confirm this happening for me as well. Fedora 40 KDE installed from latest image available to download. Reproducible every time you eject CD, DVD or BluRay. It happens regardless if pressing eject in Dolphin/Plasma Shell, running the "eject" command or simply pressing the physical eject button on the player. USB-memories/disks works without problems though. Same here.
