SUMMARY
Yesterday appeared notification about upgrade. Popup looks almost like on the screenshot in article "Neon/NobleUpgrades" (here: https://community.kde.org/Neon/NobleUpgrades) only is missing button which I could start upgrade, calling "Upgrade available".
Please check attached screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Neon with Plasma

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing button "" on notification about upgrade

EXPECTED RESULT
Button "Upgrade available" should be visible on notification about upgrade.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I use Neon Unstable Edition.
I updated it yesterday with Discovery. Today notification about upgrade appeared again.

Today button appeared, but after I pressed it I found out that I need to install current updates. I did it, restarted PC. Login to Plasma and ..... in notification about "Upgrade available" again button is not visible.

Today button again appeared, so I updated system executing following commands:
sudo apt update
sudo pkcon update

In result I was able to start upgrade, but it stopped with error. I reported it here Bug 494762

To be funny today button didn't appear. So it looks like a big messy/unreliable behavior.
