STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. suspend pc
2. resume from suspend 
3. kwin crash and other errors

OBSERVED RESULT
kwin, energy management error
error core.kwin.waylan error


EXPECTED RESULT
only resume from suspend

It seems that kde neon automatically  send all the reports... I don't know where my pc stores the reports
