SUMMARY
After upgrading to Dolphin 24.08.1, the Information Panel is no longer
available. Distribution is Kubuntu 24.10.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hamburger Menu > Show Panels

OBSERVED RESULT

- The Information Panel (which was previously shown in my Dolphin
  instance) is not shown anymore.
- There is no Information entry in the Show Panels submenu.
- There is no Information entry in the Keyboard Shortcuts.

EXPECTED RESULT

- The Information Panel (which was previously shown in my Dolphin
  instance) is still shown.
- There is an Information entry in the Show Panels submenu.
- There is an Information entry in the Keyboard Shortcuts.


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is very similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489773 on Neon. It was fixed by a package rebuild so it seems to me this needs a package rebuild by kubuntu.
