The Crash Handler screen where you can opt-in to report future crashes automatically & download debug symbols automatically

SUMMARY
Currently when a crash happens you have the option to enable automatic reports for future crashes & an option to download debug symbols automatically (See attached picture). However, after enabling the automatic crash reports there seems to be no way to disable this option graphically again. The only way seems to be to remove Sentry=true from the config file ~/.config/drkonqirc. I would suggest to either be able to show this menu again (Maybe a settings page in the Crash Handler that you can open?) or have the options in the System Settings (Maybe included under the User Feedback tab?).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable automatic crash reports when a crash happens
2. The window with the settings will not show again

OBSERVED RESULT
Can not change the setting graphically anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
A way to access the settings graphically again.

Would be good to have this in the User Feedback KCM.

Agreed, I think it would fit there perfectly.
