Hello,

SUMMARY
When you use virtual desktops, only on the first (Desktop 1) virtual desktop:
* `Switch to Window to the Left` when you've selected the window on the Right doesn't work. 
* `Switch to Window to the Right` when you've selected the window on the Left doesn't work.

For both of these, the "wrap around" behaviour **does** work: that is, if I've selected the window on the left, I can `Switch to Window to the Left` to wrap around to the window on the right. Likewise, if I've selected the window on the right, I can `Switch to Window to the Right` to wrap around to the window on the left.

This only happens on Desktop 1. All other virtual desktops work ok (not sure why).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use multiple virtual desktops ( see screenshot for settings)
2. Set keyboard shortcuts for the `Switch to Window to the Right` and `Switch to Window to the Left` actions in kwin 
3. open up two windows on Desktop 1, and on any other Desktop (in my video, I used Desktop 4), and observe that the same action doesn't behave the same on these two desktops.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot use `Switch to Window to the Left` when selecting the right window, and cannot use `Switch to Window to the Right` when selecting the left window on virtual desktop 1.

EXPECTED RESULT
All "Switch to Window X" behave the same on all desktops.
