STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. dual monitor configuration, two empty virtual desktops
2. on virtual desktop 1, open konsole on secondary monitor
3. switch to virtual desktop 2, which is empty
4. switch back to virtual desktop 1

OBSERVED RESULT
konsole is not focused - desktop of the primary screen is
