SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a couple layers of various shapes
2. group the layers together
3. make the bottom most layer alpha locked
4. make the top layers inherit alpha on
5. save as .psd format, then reopen the file
6. shapes are no longer masking.
