SUMMARY
Android end app becomes stuck in crash loop after connecting to Windows end app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh install of Android client
2. Attempts to connect to Windows end app give back "unreachable"
3. App can no longer be opened afterwards without complete uninstall.
