Created attachment 174380 [details] crash caught with valgrind using massif SUMMARY When using animated images (webp or gif) as a wallpaper the memory usage is normal for a couple of minutes than goes up exponentially, than the application crashes. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set an animated image as a wallpaper 2. Wait ~5 minutes OBSERVED RESULT Application freezes and crashes EXPECTED RESULT No crash would be preferred SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.10.11-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Graphics platform: wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Video card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super Nvidia driver version: 560.35.03 Attached is the output of massif when the memory leak happens.
