SUMMARY
Global commands are not available when opening a note in single document mode. While not all are applicable in this mode, opening command bar and settings are still needed to change font size for example.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document with Marknote form the file manager
2. Ctrl+Alt+I or Ctrl+Shift+,

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens except that whitespace is unwantedly inserted in the text

EXPECTED RESULT
Command bar/Settings open
