SUMMARY
After upgrading to 24.04 initramfs failed to install properly.  this makes the system unbootalbe.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the upgrade prompt 
2. Wait for the upgrade to complete
3. Get a non-bootable OS

OBSERVED RESULT
I upgraded my computer while and got an message that initramfs installed with an error code of 1 and my system may not work, It was not able to boot. initramfs is broken for and upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04.


EXPECTED RESULT
the upgrade to 24.04 works correctly and I am able to restart my computer.
