SUMMARY
Merkuro needs a restart to show events synchronized with CalDav.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Create a remote CalDav calendar with some entries.
1. Add NextCloud CalDav: Settings -> Configure Merkuro Calendar -> Accounts -> Add Account -> DAV -> Enter User/Password ->  Next -> Configure manually -> Finnish -> Display Name: NextCloud -> Add -> CalDav, URL: https://somethingSomething/remote.php/dav -> Fetch -> OK -> OK
2. Take a look at the Kalendar. There are no entries.
3. Restart Kalendar.
4. Kalendar is full of entries.

OBSERVED RESULT
There are no events displayed in the kalendar.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be some events (assuming there are events in the CalDav).
