STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempted uninstall in the Software app
2. Select "permanently delete files"
3. Click uninstall

OBSERVED RESULT
"org.kde.kdenlive/x86_64/stable not installed"

EXPECTED RESULT
Successful installation
