SUMMARY
Window color settings not effective for cloned themes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System settings -> Colors and Themes -> Colors
2. "Breeze dark" -> Edit color scehme -> Save As -> "Breeze dark mine"
3. Edit the new color theme: Inactive titlebar: pick a color and save.
4. Apply
5. Select another theme -> Apply
6. re-select the "Breeze dark mine"
7 Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Inactive titlebar color should change to what was selected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Inactive titlebar color does not change.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
With "openSUSE Dark" the above works, for example. "Breeze Dark" does not.

BUT: There is another general bug that you indeed need to switch to another theme and then back to the one you edited, for the color changes to take effect.

Sorry, these got inverted... So results should instead be:
