SUMMARY
Setting "Meta" from the "Shortcuts" settings page for the "Toggle Overview" effect does not work. 
Using Alt+F1 makes Alt+F1 work, but not "Meta". 

Additionally, trying to set this shortcut from the effect's menu does not work as it waits for another input. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove the Application Launcher widget
2. Set the Overview effect shortcut to just "Meta"
3. Try to invoke the overview

OBSERVED RESULT
Overview effect is not invoked.

EXPECTED RESULT
Overview effect is invoked.

The bug regarding the overview effect not working was indeed fixed. 

The issue of not being able to set the shortcut from the effect's setting, but only from the "Shortcuts" menu in System Settings still persists. The overview's page still waits for another input after "Meta".
