SUMMARY
on plasma 6.2, when trying to record the screen, the whole screen turn black (im able to exit with `esc`)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. SUPER+R or SUPER+Shift+R
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
whole screen turns black

EXPECTED RESULT
recording screen
