Support WebDAV Contact Syncing.

The goal is to support WebDAV contacts with https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/plasma-phonebook

Gnome recently added WebDAV support: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-online-accounts/-/merge_requests/137 as well

Thanks for the feature request. It looks like this has been implemented. When I set up Nextcloud through Online Accounts, it offers to sync Storage and Contacts. Feel free to reopen this if there's something still missing.
