SUMMARY
Cannot associate Okular (downloaded from Microsoft Store) for file type .ps.gz. Opening file from application works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh Install Okular on Microsotf Windows
2. Try to open a .ps.gz file from Windows Explorer, and try to find Okular...
3. Find Okular executable by Windows Explorer search and then try to associate it, it fails, not permitted
4. try to find in Okular settings management of file type associations

OBSERVED RESULT
.ps.gz files can only be opened from the app itself, there seems to be no way to create the file association for later, for opening .ps.gz files by Okular from Windows Explorer

EXPECTED RESULT
At least a single way working to add the file type association (if it is not created by the installation process itself)
