SUMMARY
Single pixel translucent line appears under application title bar when maximized and using specific fractional scaling settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scaling to 120% (or 110%, 135% and several others).
2. Open Dolphin File Manager.
3. Maximize app (having a light desktop background helps in seeing the line).

OBSERVED RESULT
A transparent line appears just bellow the title bar and above the window contents.

The line appears white due to the background behind the window being completely white.

EXPECTED RESULT
No transparent line should appear in that position.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The defect appears on a 14" notebook screen with a resolution of 1080p and is observable under Wayland. It is alleviated by applying a scaling factor that is not affect (e.g. 115%).
