SUMMARY
Mouse cursor constantly flickers and sometimes disappears (when mouse is not used). Only happens with compositor "on" under either wayland or X. With the compositor disabled, it goes away. The "flicker" specifically follows the key strokes of the keyboard when it is used. And it also flickers while moving in between windows.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 6.1 on top of Ubuntu Noble (also happens on Debian and Manjaro (arch) when Plasma is used as desktop)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

The computer is a "Raspberry Pi 5"

Also happens on KDE Plasma version 5.27.5 when compositor is enabled.

The flicker follows "cursor blink rate" when a text box is on. It blinks simultaneously with the keyboard cursor on the text box.

KWin on X11 doesn't have any control over the cursor; the issue you're facing will be on the kernel level

Does that mean it is a problem caused by the RPI Kernel. So should i open the bug report to Raspberry Pi itself? Can i change that kernel?
