SUMMARY
Windows version: Not possible to switch dockers in the Docker Box/Popup Palette with touch taps

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bring up the docker via the Docker Box in the toolbar or via the Pop-up Palette 
2. Using a touchscreen, tap on a different docker

OBSERVED RESULT
You'll notice you can't change to a different docker with touch tap because the UI doesn't seem to respond to your tap. You'll have to use a mouse click instead.

EXPECTED RESULT
To change to a different docker with a touch tap.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue only affects the Windows version. On an Android nightly, you can definitely change dockers with either a mouse and touch tap.

I can confirm trying to switch docker with touch in the Popup Palette makes Krita mostly stop responding to touch, but the Docker Box in the Toolbar works for me. Tested on 5.3.0-prealpha-730d167 on Windows 10. I also confirmed it works fine on Android.
