Falkon should provide a built-in bookmarks import functionality for bookmark files in file formats like *,json and *hmtl.

I just discovered the "Import and Export" functionality in Falkon version 24.08.1 which can be accessed via the Bookmarks menu > "Organize Bookmarks" dialog window, so this bug report here appears now to be superfluous.

Due to this someone else should please close this bug report, thanks.
