SUMMARY
A 300dpi (or higher) canvas is saved as PSD. After closing and opening again, it will become 72dpi.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a A5 size 300dpi file save as psd
2. turn it off and open it again

OBSERVED RESULT
it's 72dpi

EXPECTED RESULT
it should be 300dpi
