SUMMARY
The notification blinks upon startup for a long time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fcitx5 and fcitx5-rime, and set it as your input method.
2. Start plasma-mobile
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The two notifications blink at startup.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should not blink.

This notification flicker issue has also been happening for a while with git version of Desktop plasma  (nvidia + wayland)

I've seen this in plasma-desktop too, in F41 with plasma 6.1.90 just after the upgrade.

It happens with all kind of notifications, and seems to freeze the panel too.
