SUMMARY
I wish I can resize Capture rectangle os Spectacle (Alt+Shift+PrintScreen) as I do with windows By using Meta+RightClick and move.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Shift+Alt+PrScr
2. Press Meta and RightClick closer to the borders of rectangle

OBSERVED RESULT
I can't move it that way

EXPECTED RESULT
Make able to move it that way

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Meta+Right Click is a KWin shortcut and Spectacle cannot override that. It is also a convention for Meta to be reserved for global shortcuts, which is why the KWin uses Meta+Right Click rather than Alt+Right Click by default.

Okay then. I think even Alt+RightClick would be better than nothing. But I suggest Ctrl+RightClick.
