If I search for "itin" while on the home page, I get "KDE Itinerary" as the top entry. What page are you viewing when you initiate the search? Created attachment 173903 [details]

typo, sorry Can reproduce the issue that when searching for "inti" I get a ton of wallpapers, and app entries are at the bottom. I see this sometimes too. When I searched for 'phone', just for a few seconds I saw apps at the top, but a few seconds later, the wallpapers started to fill the top of the list. Perhaps it was just 'taking too long' for you and you didn't see that happen?
