Is that a 3rd-party Plasma theme? If so, this is very likely Bug 492540. Indeed it is a 3rd party plasma theme (Infinity-Plasma) Switching back to breeze doesn't reproduce the problem *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 492540 *** |
