SUMMARY
Touchpad settings panel is blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to Mouse & Touchpad
3. Click Touchpad on the left-hand menu


OBSERVED RESULT
Blank Touchpad settings panel

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should be populated with options, similar to the Mouse panel

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 KDE spin

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hardware platform is a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 2 AMD.

If I open the touchpad settings directly by searching for 'touchpad' in the launder menu, then it populates with options as expected. If I open the System Settings app and navigate to mouse and touchpad, which will default to the mouse panel, then the touchpad panel will be blank when you switch to it.
