SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. 
The Settings tab
vendor-directory, lvfs
Flat hob - dl.flathub.org

2. The "Update" tab.

Uncheck the "application" for example "Telegram"
System Software
Freedesktop Platform 22.08.25
Free desktop Platform SDK 23.08.21
GNOME Application Platform version 44
GNOME Application Platform version 45
GNOME Application Platform version 46
KDE Application Platform 5.15.-23.08
KDE Application Platform 6.7
3. Click "Install selected updates"

OBSERVED RESULT
All applications are updated, including those that are not selected

EXPECTED RESULT
So that only those that are selected are updated and those that are not selected are skipped.

Cannot reproduce; this always works for me, and I test it semi-regularly. Fedora KDE, everything KDE built from git master, Flatpak 1.15.10.
